The Trap of Building Internally
Building a contextualised LLND assessment in house sounds great in theory. Your compliance manager knows your student cohort best. However, building an assessment that accurately tests multiple ACSF levels across different training packages can take substantial staff time.
The maintenance problem begins after the tool is built. When training.gov.au releases an update to a core unit, your internal tool may need review. Without a clear update workflow, internal teams can end up relying on outdated tools and weak evidence trails.
The Risk of Static Purchased Tools
